“I generally love 25hours Hotels and usually have great experiences with them. The service is consistently warm, friendly, and relaxed – never stiff or overly formal. There’s always this modern, welcoming, almost homey vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. Breakfast is also very good, with a nice variety and quality. The only reason I deducted one star for the room is the carpeted flooring. When an entire hotel room is covered in carpet and many guests walk in with street shoes, it would be really nice to have house slippers provided. That way, you can take your shoes off without having to walk barefoot or in socks on a carpet that’s been used with outdoor shoes. For me, that would make the room feel much more cozy and comfortable. One additional piece of feedback regarding breakfast: for such a modern, forward-thinking hotel, I was surprised that there was no matcha or chai available. The only non-coffee alternative was hot chocolate, which felt a bit limited. A matcha option would have been a great addition. Overall, still a very pleasant stay and I’ll definitely continue choosing 25hours Hotels”

“We was not able to stay at the hotel because it was fully booked, but we had a chance to enjoy breakfast at NENI and visit their Boilerman Bar — and honestly, it’s such a vibe. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options for every taste. The staff was super nice and attentive, especially Patricia — she was a true superstar and made our morning even more enjoyable. Boilerman Bar is a whole different story in the best way possible. Great atmosphere, tasty snacks paired with really nice cocktails, and the design looks so on point. The staff there was also very friendly and attentive. Definitely a place worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel.”

“Very cool Hotel in the middle of Hafencity. Old building which was redesigned into a very fancy Hotel. Free minibar and a very nice restaurant in there. Service is excellent. Walking distance into a broad variety of bars and restaurants”

“Great small pearl. With spacious rooms! Having NENI, Boilerman bar a part of the Hotel gives you some high quality options if you don't want to go to far from home. With also Christmas marked nearby and a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to St. Pauli or other Key destinations in Hamburg is great!”
